CBBQ RAFFLE ITEMS
In order to ensure the raffle is a success, we need help from anyone that can give it! The majority of the proceeds generated from the CBBQ come from raffle. If you have any connections to a business or service that would be willing to donate money or items to the raffle, please reach out to the Raffle Committee at roseglencbbqraffle@gmail.com
Raffle sales will close at 4:00 PM on the day of the Chicken BBQ, ticket entry will be open until 4:30 PM. Raffles will start being called at 5:00 PM. Winners will be notified by phone, all raffles winnings will need to be picked up by 8:00 PM on day of event.
